ACI Services has the expertise, engineering, machining and test facilities to completely zero-hour your cylinder bodies. This includes removing the old paint, dimensionally inspect, non-destructive examination of critical areas, machine gasket surfaces, remove and replace cylinder liners, replace all fasteners, assemble and perform hydrostatic and helium testing when required. ACI Services will then paint the cylinder body any color the customer specifies.
ACI Services can manufacture new components when necessary for things like replacement water jacket covers, step studs for damage fastener holes, new liners, ion and gas nitride case hardening, valve caps and heads.
