eRCM™ Training Videos and Options

ACI offers a range of online training videos for various software packages and/or features. These videos are available at ACI’s YouTube Channel, or via our training page.

Additionally, ACI typically provides three (3) free training options per year.

  • In late springtime, an in-person class is offered to attendees at ACI’s headquarters in Cambridge, Ohio.
  • In early autumn,  an in-person class is offered to attendees at a select facility  in Houston, Texas.
  • ACI offers a webinar eRCM Pro™ Training Session online. The date for this webinar varies from year to year.
