If a previous version of eRCM Pro is required, such as from a non-continued Maintenance Agreement (MA), then download the last version from the links below for which your last paid MA was valid. Install that software and then click Help – Register Software. ACI will send a license (to those with a valid company purchase of eRCM Pro), and your last valid MA. Use those licenses to activate the software. While your software will indicate that the yearly Maintenance Agreement is not current, you will be able to access all features for that version.
Thereafter, to update/upgrade your eRCM Pro Software to the latest version, your company will need to bring your MA status back valid by paying for past-year MA’s.
